Experience

Minimum 7-10 years sales experience in the Electrical market
Experience in datacom and/or electronic markets beneficial
Business degree
Minimum 5 years staff management experience
Leadership within a structured, sales process driven environment

Skills

Ability to direct, inspire, lead and coach members of your team
· Professional demeanor with excellent presentations skills
· Excellent organizational/time management skills
· Aptitude for technical product selling
· Expert understanding of our products
· Experience and intermediate knowledge of CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Traits

Commitment to on-going development and training
Self-starter that can develop and execute a defined plan.
Works well with all levels of co-workers inside the organization
Available for overnight travel as required
